杏丁注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究杏丁注射液联合前列地尔对慢性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选择2015年3月—2018年3月榆林市第二医院收治的100例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组静脉滴注前列地尔注射液,10μg加入到100 mL生理盐水中,1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上静脉滴注杏丁注射液,20 mL加入生理盐水250 mL,1次/d。两组均治疗2周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较两组患者治疗前后的肾功能指标和氧化应激功能指标的水平。结果治疗后,对照组有效率为70.00%,观察组有效率为86.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量以及血肌酐(Scr)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)、丙二醛(MDA)、晚期蛋白质氧化产物(AOPP)水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组上述氧化应激指标改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论杏丁注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效显著,能改善患者的肾功能和氧化应激状态,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of Xingding Injection combined with alprostadil in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Yulin Second Hospital from March 2015 to March2018 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were iv administered with Alprostadil Injection,10 g was added to 100 mL normal saline,once daily.Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on the basis of control group,20 mL added into 250 mL normal saline,once daily.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy in two groups was observed,and the renal function indexes and oxidative stress function indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate in the control group and observation group was 70.00%and86.00%,respectively,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,24 h urine protein quantification,and Scr in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD,AGEs,MDA,and AOPP in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the oxidative stress indexes were significantly improved in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingding Injection combined with alprostadil is effective in treating chronic renal failure,can improve the renal function and oxidative stress,and has certain clinical application value.
