植物胶工艺取样技术在花岗岩风化土中的应用

摘　　要：使用植物胶作为冲洗液配合单动双管取土器对花岗岩风化土进行了取样研究。为了确定较优的取样直径,单动双管取土器直径选用了两种不同的尺寸,并对不同直径取样器所取土体截取同一尺寸试样进行了物理力学性质试验。结果表明:植物胶作为冲洗液的单动双管取土器取样对花岗岩风化土有较好的适用性,试样完整度好,不易扰动试样;大直径取土器比小直径取土器取样质量好,对土体的扰动较小;取样扰动对花岗岩风化土试样的黏聚力影响较大,对内摩擦角影响较小。在条件允许的情况下应尽量使用大直径取土器取样,以减少对试样的扰动作用。The granite weathered soil will be strongly disturbed when it is gathered by the conventional sampling method,for its sensitive structure.The granite weathered soil is sampled by single-acting double-tube soil sampler with vegetable gum flushing fluid.In order to determine the optimal sampling diameter,two type of single-acting double-tube soil samplers with different diameters are selected to gather granite weathered soil,then samples with the same diameter were prepared,and the physical and mechanical properties of samples were tested.The test results show that the single-acting and double-tube soil sampler with vegetable gum flushing fluid has better applicability to granite weathered soil,sample integrity is good,and has little disturbance on sample The large diameter soil sampler has better sampling quality than the small diameter soil sampler,and has less disturbance;the influence of sampling disturbance on cohesion of granite weathered soil samples is greater than that on internal friction angle.Large diameter soil sampler will be used as much as possible to reduce the disturbance to the sample when conditions permit.
