摘 要:为加强培养生物、化学、环境等理工科专业学生的理论知识和实践能力,设计了一个基于紫外可见分光光度法测定植物叶片中甲醛脱氢酶活性的综合性实验教学案例,并已成功用于本科实验教学中。结果表明,此实验具有较强的综合性、设计性和重现性,适用于高等院校生物、化学和环境等专业的综合性实验教学。Comprehensive experiments are beneficial to strengthen and cultivate the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students majoring in biology,chemistry,environment and other science and engineering majors.This paper provides a preliminary scientific research thinking for students.A teaching case of formaldehyde dehydrogenase activity determination in plant leaves based on ultraviolet spectrophotometry is designed and used in experimental teaching.The results show that the experiment is comprehensive,designed and reproducible,and can be applied to the comprehensive experiment teaching of biology,chemistry and environment majors above the second grade in colleges and universities.
