摘 要:“十四五”时期是我国饲料工业实现创新驱动、绿色、协调、可持续的高质量发展,由饲料生产大国向饲料生产强国转变的关键时期。为实现新时代我国饲料工业科技创新发展目标,需要对目前我国饲料加工科技创新的短板进行分析,有针对性地提出“十四五”期间补上这些短板的措施建议。文章分析了我国在饲料加工科技基础研究、工程化和产业化研究创新、绿色、可持续加工技术创新、饲料加工装备核心关键技术创新、饲料加工科技领军人才培养、饲料工程专业人才培养、饲料加工高技能人才培养方面存在的短板,提出了“十四五”期间补足这些短板,强化科技创新能力提升的建议。The 14th five-rear period will be the critical period for our nation's feed industry to real⁃ize innovation driven,green,harmony,sustainable and high quality development,changing from the top feed production country to feed production power country.In order to achieve the developing goal of feed industry technological innovation in the new era,the weakness in feed processing tech⁃nological innovation must be analyzed and the measures for improve the weakness need to be sug⁃gested to taken in the 14th five-rear period.This paper analyses the weaknesses of feed processing technology in the basic research,engineering and industrializing research and innovation,green and sustainable processing technology innovation,the key technology innovation in feed processing ma⁃chinery,the leading talents training,the talent cultivating of feed engineering specialty and high skilled personnel,and gives some proposals for improving these weaknesses and strengthen the tech⁃nological innovation ability in the 14th five-year period.
