摘　　要：新冠疫情对农业造成了很大影响,主要表现在农产品销售受阻、产业链中断、劳动力短缺、生产成本攀升等,而农业技术服务可以缓解和解决这些问题。文章通过调查问卷得出了新冠疫情对农业产业造成的主要影响,分析了疫情期间新型农业经营主体的科技需求特点,研究了疫情期间农业科技服务面临的主要困境,并从拓展服务思路、丰富服务方式、提供精准服务等方面提出了疫情期间加强农业科技服务的对策。Outbreak of COVID-19 caused a profound impact on agriculture,such as the sales were hindered,industrial chains were interrupted,labor supply was in shortage and production cost rose sharply.All these problems can be solved or relieved to some extent by adaptable technical services.The impact of COVID-19 on agriculture was investigated,the technological demand from the new type producers of crops and animals analyzed,and the dilemma faced by agricultural technicians studied by questionnaire.Countermeasures for strengthening agricultural technology service during outbreak of epidemic were proposed,such as the technicians should broaden service ranges,enrich their service modes,and supply precise service.
