疫情叠加逆全球化挑战下农业科研机构对外合作路径探析

摘　　要：加强对外合作是农业科研机构提升科技创新能力的重要手段。然而,受逆全球化思潮和新冠疫情的叠加影响,农业科研机构进行国际交流与合作严重受限。文章在分析农业科研机构对外合作面临新形势的基础上,提出了提高对外合作能力、拓宽国际合作渠道、深化国内(尤其是港澳地区)合作等新形势下开展对外合作的建议。Cooperation is an important approach for agricultural research institutions to nourish innovation and improve competence.Under the impacts of de-globalization and the Covid-19 pandemic,agricultural research institutions encounter pressures and obstacles in carrying out international exchanges and cooperation.With a case study of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences(JAAS),the status quo and existing problems in promoting cooperation were analyzed in the paper.Based on the above analysis,this paper tries to provide sights on the cooperation strategy for agricultural research institutions from the perspectives of cooperation capability building,broaden cooperation channels,strengthening cooperation at home(especially with Hong Kong and Macao).
