推动林草科技成果转移转化的思考——以中国林业科学研究院资源信息研究所为例

摘　　要：加快林草科技成果转移转化,对于全面提升林草治理体系和治理能力现代化水平具有重要意义。文章以中国林业科学研究院资源信息研究所为例,统计分析了该所科技成果积累、技术服务签订、承担转化人员结构等方面的情况,指出了该所在林草科技成果转移转化中存在的问题,如缺乏科技成果转化专业人员、科技成果转化类型单一、科技成果转化积极性不高等,提出了对接市场行业需求、培育重点转化成果,鼓励实用技术研发、制定更多激励政策,培养专业技术人员、发挥条件平台作用,打造典型成功案例、做好效果宣传推介等促进林草科技成果转移转化的建议。Accelerating the transfer and transformation of forest and grass scientific and technological achievements is of great significance to the modernization of forest and grass governance system and capacity.Taking Institute of Forest Resource Information Techniques of Chinese Academy of Forestry as an example,the statistical analysis of the accumulation of scientific and technological achievements,the signing of technical services,and the personnel structure of the institute were conducted.Problems in the transformation of achievements in the institute were pointed out,such as the lack of professionals in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,single transformation type of scientific and technological achievements,and low enthusiasm in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Some suggestions were put forward to promote the transfer and transformation of forest and grass scientific and technological achievements,such as meeting needs of the market,cultivating key transformation achievements,encouraging practical technique research and development,formulating more incentive policies,training the professional and technical personnel,giving full play to the role of condition platforms,creating typical successful cases and promoting propaganda effects.
