大城市郊区农户放弃种菜的意愿及影响因素研究——以天津市为例

摘　　要：保供稳价是大城市蔬菜产业发展的重要目标。当前,大城市郊区有弃棚撂荒想法的农户占有相当比例,提高农户种菜积极性对蔬菜产业高质量发展具有重要意义。文章分析了天津市郊区200个农户的种菜行为特征,运用Logistic模型实证研究农户放弃蔬菜种植的意愿及其影响因素。结果表明,35.5%的被调查农户打算放弃蔬菜种植,家庭年收入和种植年限是影响农户种菜意愿的主要因素。建议加强科技创新和示范推广、建立现代化的市场流通体系、实施稳定的财政补贴政策、加大金融支持力度等,以提高大城市郊区菜农种植积极性,确保蔬菜产业高质量发展。Maintaining supply and stabilizing prices is an important goal for development of the vegetable industry in large cities.At present,there are still a considerable proportion of peasants in the suburbs of big cities who want to abandon their sheds,and improving the enthusiasm of farmers to grow vegetables is of great significance to the high-quality development of the vegetable industry.The growing behaviors of 200 peasants in Tianjin were analyzed in the paper,and an empirical study on peasant′s willingness to give up growing and its influencing factors was made using Logistic model.The results showed that 35.5%of the peasants had the idea to give up vegetable planting,and the annual income and the years of planting were the main influencing factors.It was recommended to strengthen technological innovation and demonstration and promotion,establish a modern market circulation system,implement a stable fiscal subsidy policy,and increase financial support.That will boost farmers′enthusiasm to vegetable growing and ensure a high quality development of vegetable industry in suburb of big city.
