新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发热门诊患者临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间我院发热门诊就诊患者的流行病学特征,为疫情防控提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月22日至3月8日我院发热门诊1308例就诊患者的临床资料,统计性别、年龄、体温、实验室检查和影像学检查、病因诊断与处理情况。结果:就诊患者以男性居多,男女比例为1.31,以中青年人群为主,就诊患者体温以低热为主(39.07%,511/1308)。血常规检测以白细胞正常或减少为主(73.09%,945/1293)。主要病因分别为上呼吸道感染(40.60%,531/1308)、咽扁桃体炎(24.69%,323/1308)、社区获得性肺炎(21.10%,276/1308)等常见病,最终确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者12例(0.92%)。肺部HRCT检查可帮助迅速识别新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间我院发热门诊就诊的患者以常见病为主,发热门诊的设立有助于疫情期间发热患者的有效管理。Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of patients in the fever clinics of our hospital during COVID-19 epidemic,in order to provide evidence for prevention and control of COVID-19.Method:The clinical data of 1308 patients in our hospital from Jan 22 to Mar 8,2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the gender,age,body temperature,laboratory and imaging examinations,etiological diagnosis and treatment were statistical analyzed.Results:Most of the patients were male,with a male to female ratio of 1.31,mainly young and middle-aged.The body temperature of patients was mainly hypothermia(39.07%,511/1308).Routine blood tests showed that most of the patients had normal or decreased white blood cells(73.09%,945/1293),and the main causes were upper respiratory tract infection(40.60%,531/1308),pharyngotonsillitis(24.69%,323/1308),community acquired pneumonia(21.10%,276/1308).Twelve patients(0.92%)were finally diagnosed with COVID-19.HRCT examination of the lungs could help quickly identify suspected cases of COVID-19.Conclusions:During COVID-19 epidemic,the causes of patients in the fever clinics of our hospital are mainly common diseases.The establishment of fever clinics is helpful for the effective management of fever patients during COVID-19 epidemic.
