摘  要:目的:研究jumu基因缺失对果蝇淋巴腺血细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法:利用荧光免疫染色方法检测jumu基因缺失突变体淋巴腺处于M期及S期的血细胞,鬼笔环肽(phalloidin)染色观察细胞形态变化,利用TUNEL及7-AAD染色分别观察淋巴腺血细胞凋亡及死亡情况。结果:与对照组相比,jumu基因缺失导致淋巴腺处于M期及S期的血细胞数量明显增加,淋巴腺血细胞变大且游离血细胞中出现大量淋巴腺前体血细胞,jumu基因突变体淋巴腺中未出现明显的凋亡及死亡细胞。结论:jumu基因缺失可促进淋巴腺血细胞增殖及解离,但未引起细胞凋亡。Objective: To investigate the effect of jumu gene deletion on the proliferation and apoptosis of lymph gland blood cells in Drosophila. Methods: Blood cells of lymph glands in phase M and phase S with jumu gene deletion were detected by fluorescent immunostaining. Moreover,phalloidin staining was used to observe the cell morphology,and TUNEL and 7-AAD staining were used to observe the apoptosis and death of lymph gland blood cells. Results: Compared with the control group,the deletion of jumu gene resulted in a significant increase in the number of blood cells of the lymph glands at the M and S phases,the enlargement of lymph gland blood cells,and the presence of a large number of lymphoid precursor blood cells in circulating hemocytes. However,there was no significant increase in apoptosis or death cells in the lymph glands with jumu gene deletion. Conclusion: The deletion of jumu gene promotes proliferation and dissociation of lymph gland blood cells,but does not induce apoptosis.
