摘 要:目的:探讨"1+X"证书试点背景下高职院校护生从事老年照护工作意愿及其影响因素分析。方法:采取分层随机抽样方式抽取我校各年级护生为研究对象,自制问卷并结合Kogan老年人态度量表(KAOP)和老年知识量表(FAQ)进行调研,采用多元回归分析护生从事老年照护工作意愿的影响因素。结果:107名即34.29%的护生明确表示不愿意从事老年照护。护生的KAOP得分(161.83±23.77)分,总体趋于正向。多元回归可见第一志愿选择护理专业的护生对老年人态度更积极;FAQ得分(13.04±2.17)分,及格率仅为26.28%,回归分析可见在老年科室见习或实习过老化知识的掌握更好。结论:护生对老年人态度整体处于积极水平,但从事老年照护的意愿及老化知识掌握情况有待提高。社会需提高对老年照护工作的认可度,院校应加强护生的职业认同教育,树立职业价值观,并加快师资队伍建设,丰富老年照护教学形式,为培养老年照护人才奠定基础。Objective: To understand the attitude of nursing students to engage in elderly care and analyze the influencing factors.Methods: Stratified random sampling was used to select nursing students of all grades in our school as the research object. The self-designed questionnaire,Kogan’s Attitude towards Old People Scale( KAOP),and Facts on Aging Quiz( FAQ) scale were used for investigation. The multivariable regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of nursing students’ willingness to engage in elderly care. Results: A total of 107( 34. 29%) nursing students indicated that they were not willing to engage in elderly care. The score of KAOP of nursing students was 161. 83 ± 23. 77,which tended to be positive. Multivariable regression analysis showed that nursing students who choose nursing as their first choice had a more positive attitude towards the elderly care,the FAQ score was 13. 04±2. 17,and the pass rate was only 26. 28%. And nursing students who had practiced in the elderly department had better knowledge of aging. Conclusions: The attitude of nursing students to the elderly is at a positive level,but the willingness to engage in elderly care and the mastery of aging knowledge need to be improved. The society needs to increase the recognition of elderly care work. Colleges and universities should strengthen the vocational identity education of nursing students to establish professional values,speed up the construction of teachers,enrich the teaching forms of elderly care,and lay the foundation for training of elderly care talents.
