摘　　要：为了研究PhabrOmeter(丰宝仪)织物感官性能评价系统测试结果的重复性,设计了2种实验方案:多个试样单次重复测试和单个试样多次重复测试,利用"变异系数"对系统输出的3项织物手感基本特性因子和悬垂指数及折皱回复率的重复性进行评价。结果表明,丰宝仪系统的3项织物手感基本特性因子的测试重复性很好,悬垂指数的重复性良好,折皱回复率的重复性不够好。对于质地均匀的织物,要保证测试结果的可靠,用丰宝仪做3项基本手感因子评价时,每种织物需要测试3个试样,悬垂指数则需要测试4个试样;折皱回复率则需要测试10个试样。In order to study the repeatability of the test results from Phabr Ometer sensory performance evaluation system,two experimental schemes were designed---single repeated test with multiple samples and multiple repeated tests with single sample.The"coefficient of variation"was used to evaluate the repeatability of the test results of the three fabric handle indicators,drape index and wrinkle recovery rate.The results show that the repeatability of the test results on the three fabric handle indicators is very good,the repeatability of the test results on the drape index is good and the repeatability of the test results on the WRR is not good enough.For the fabrics with uniform texture,testing 3 samples is enough to guarantee the reliability of the test result on the three fabric handle indicators while for the drape index and WRR,4 and 10 samples are needed to guarantee the reliability of result.
