摘 要:针对3层型和起绒型2种类型保暖内衣面料保暖性和穿着舒适性问题,通过对保暖内衣面料的线圈密度、厚度、克重、单位面积充绒量等结构参数测试分析,探讨其保暖性,并进行透气性、透湿性和起毛起球性等穿着舒适性方面的测试对比分析。结果表明:相同条件下起绒型保暖内衣保暖效果优于多层型,多层型保暖内衣透气性优于起绒型保暖内衣,2种类型保暖内衣均有较严重的起球现象,但起绒型面料里层不会出现起球现象,体感相对比较舒适。In view of the three-layer and fleece thermal underwear fabrics,the thermal underwear fabric’s structure parameters such as coil density,thickness,gram weight and fleece filling capacity per unit area were analyzed,and its air permeability,moisture permeability,pilling and fuzz were compared and analyzed in terms of wearing comfort.The experimental results show that under the same conditions,the warming effect of fleece thermal underwear is better than that of multilayer thermal underwear,and the permeability of multilayer thermal underwear is better than that of fleece thermal underwear.Both types have serious pilling phenomenon,but the lining of fleece fabric doesn’t have pilling phenomenon,and the body feels relatively comfortable.
