摘　　要："互联网+"新形态下浙江地方院校学报发行成本降低,阅读量增加。近10年发文量逐渐下降,基金资助文献比率不断上升,学术影响力没有显著提升。部分学报特色明显,围绕服务地方、服务院校、服务专业,创建特色栏目成效显著。地方院校学报需要坚持走专业特色、地域文化特色建设道路,顺应"互联网+"新形态,积极组建信息资源群组,提升学术信息碎片化传播能力。Under the new form of"Internet+",the cost of issuing journals of local colleges in Zhejiang is reduced and the amount of reading is increased.In the past 10 years,the number of published papers has gradually decreased.The ratio of funded literature has been rising,and the academic influence has not been significantly improved.Some journals have obvious characteristics,and the creation of characteristic columns has achieved remarkable results around serving local,serving colleges and serving specialties.The journals of local colleges should adhere to the construction of professional characteristics and regional cultural characteristics,conform to the new form of"Internet+",actively set up information resource groups,and enhance the ability of fragmented dissemination of academic information.
