摘　　要：中医望闻问切四诊,古今一脉相承。中医学“一个老头三根指头”的诊断模式易受医生主观感受影响,存在猜测与推断的可能,可重复性较差,传统中医诊断模式已经较为滞后,远远落后于现代科学技术的发展,难以满足现代人民群众对中医药诊疗的需求,同样也制约了中医药的现代化发展。因此,加速推进四诊合参客观化研究尤为迫切,文章对四诊合参现代化发展历程和四诊合参现代化发展的共性问题加以探讨分析,以期为四诊合参的现代化发展提供一点思路,为实现真正意义上的中医四诊合参智能化献计献策。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has four diagnosis methods,including looking,smelling,asking,and pulse,which has a long history.In TCM,the diagnosis mode of“one old doctor can diagnosis disease with three fingers”that is susceptible to the subjective feelings of doctors,and there is the possibility of speculation and inference,with poor repeatability.The diagnosis mode of TCM has lagged far behind the development of modern science and technology,and it is difficult to meet the demand of the modern people for TCM diagnosis and treatment,which also restricts the modern development of TCM.Therefore,accelerating the four diagnosis is particularly urgent and objective research.The article will be about four close and modern development and four close and study the common problems of modern development analysis,in order to make four diagnosis method advanced and make the TCM four diagnosis and intelligent.
