摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎,COVID-19)疫情在中国已得到较为有效的控制,大量医务人员将从隔离病区撤离进入防疫隔离期。为保证医务人员能更好地度过隔离期,一方面应注意防疫安全,另一方面应有效调节身体机能和心理状态。文章提出了安全防疫与恢复身心状态的建议,并探讨了适宜的中医调理方法。COVID-19 outbreak has been effectively controlled in China,and a large number of medical personnel will be evacuated from the isolation ward and enter the quarantine period.In order to ensure that medical workers can better pass the quarantine period,on the one hand,we should pay attention to epidemic prevention safety,on the other hand,we should effectively adjust the physical function and psychological state.This article will make some suggestions of safe epidemic prevention and recovery of physical and mental state,and discuss the appropriate traditional Chinese medicine recuperation method.
