摘 要:为研究不同诱导系对不同基础群体材料的诱导效率,利用3个单倍体诱导系对7个不同基础群体玉米材料进行杂交诱导。结果表明,诱导系Stock 6和N 548-1的平均诱导率较高,分别为3.22%和3.14%,W 1619最低,为2.33%;在3个诱导系诱导下,诱导母本材料W 3的平均诱导率最高,为3.56%;诱导组合R 2×Stock 6的诱导率最高,为4.51%。单倍体加倍率与加倍方式和材料有关,化学加倍要高于自然加倍,温带材料要高于2个热带材料。因此,选择合适的诱导系、诱导材料以及加倍方式能够有效提高单倍体诱导效率。In order to study the induction efficiency of different inducers on different base population of corn materials,three haploid inducers were used to hybridize with seven different base populations of maize materials.The results showed that the average induction rates of inducer‘Stock 6’and inducer‘N 548-1’were higher,with 3.22%and 3.14%respectively,and inducer‘W1619’was the lowest with 2.33%.Among the three induction lines,the average induction rate of the maternal inducer‘W 3’was the highest with 3.56%.The induction rate of hybrid combination‘R 2’בStock 6’was the highest with 4.51%.The haploid doubling rate and the doubling mode were related to material,and the chemistry-induced doubling rate was higher than the nature-induced doubling rate.In additon,doubling rate of the temperate materials was higher than the other two tropical materials.Therefore,choosing appropriate inducer,inducer material and doubling method can effectively improve the haploid induction efficiency.
