摘　　要：目的了解并掌握甘肃省艾滋病筛查实验室艾滋病病毒抗体血清学检测能力现状,分析检测过程和检测结果存在的问题,及时改进以确保检测结果,特别是日常样品检测的正确性。方法对全省截至2018年底已获批准的艾滋病筛查实验室开展艾滋病病毒抗体检测能力验证(简称PT)考核,每个实验室发放一套5份盲样,要求在规定时间内检测、上传各项原始记录;评判各实验室考核结果,并以文件形式通知各实验室成绩。结果2个单位实验室因搬迁未参加考核,2019年甘肃省实际参加考核的艾滋病筛查实验室305个,合格292个、合格率95.74%,其中得分100分99个、占32.46%,95~99分134个(43.93%),85~94分(含85分)59个(19.34%),84分及以下(不合格)13个(4.26%)。结论总体上甘肃省艾滋病筛查实验室检测结果准确,仅有1个实验室1份盲样错误,但在实验室质量管理和控制方面存在较多问题;今后应加强相关内容的考核、培训和督导,确保检测结果的正确性。Objective To understand and master the current situation of the capability of serological detection for HIV antibody at AIDS screening laboratories in Gansu Province,analyze the problems in the testing process and results,and make correction in time to ensure the accuracy of routine testing results.Methods The HIV antibody detection and proficiency testing(PT)were conducted in all AIDS screening laboratories approved in Gansu province by the end of 2018.A set of 5 blind samples was delivered to every laboratory for testing and uploading source records within the required time.The testing results of all laboratories were evaluated and formally informed in documents.Results There were 305 laboratories participated the evaluation in Gansu province in 2019,except 2 for relocation.Totally 292 laboratories passed with the pass rate of 95.74%,including 99 labs with scores of 100(32.46%),134 labs with scores of 95-99(43.93%),59 labs with scores of 85-94(19.34%),and 13 labs unqualified(lower than 84 points,4.26%).Conclusions Generally,the test results of AIDS screening laboratories were accurate in Gansu province,except one blind sample of one laboratory result was wrong.There are many problems in laboratory quality management and control.The evaluation,training and supervision of related content should be strengthened to ensure the accuracy of test results.
