摘 要:目的分析2017年青岛市重点职业病监测情况,为政府制定职业病防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集辖区企业重点职业病危害申报信息、职业健康检查资料及职业病病人工伤保险待遇落实情况等信息,对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果青岛市重点职业病危害接触工人以噪声作业和苯作业为主,分别占全部职业人群的75.64%和14.43%。职业健康检查结果显示,高血压检出率为13.42%,且随着劳动者年龄的增加而升高,50~59岁年龄组检出率最高(28.43%)。噪声作业工人双耳高频听力异常率为5.71%,且不同年龄听力异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。工龄不同听力异常率也有差异(P<0.01),30~34年工龄组,听力异常率达到20.83%。苯作业白细胞异常率,30~39岁年龄组最高(2.48%)。不同规模和经济类型企业间的差异有统计学意义,大型企业(2.49%)和私有企业(6.06%)最高。结论噪声和苯作业人群是青岛市职业病防治重点。Objective To analyze the monitoring results of key occupational diseases in Qingdao city,so as to provide scientific basis for the government to formulate occupational disease prevention and control strategies.Methods Information on the declaration of occupational disease hazards related to key occupational disease,occupational health examination,and the implementation of occupational injury insurance for occupational disease patients was collected,and the collected data was statistical analyzed.Results Noise and benzene exposure were the major occupational hazards workers in Qingdao city,accounting for 75.64%and 14.43%,respectively.According to the key occupational surveillance information,the detection abnormal rate of hypertension was 13.42%and highest in 50-59year-old group(28.43%),rising with age.The abnormal rate of binaural high frequency hearing in noise exposed workers was 5.71%,and the abnormal rate of binaural high frequency hearing in different age groups was different(P<0.01).The rate of abnormal hearing was also different in different working years(P<0.01).The rate of abnormal hearing was 20.83%in workers worked for 30-34 years.The abnormal rate of leukocytes in benzene group was the highest in the 30-39year old group(2.48%).There was a significant difference between enterprises of different sizes and economic types.Large enterprises(2.49%)and private enterprises(6.06%)were the highest.Conclusion Noise and benzene occupational groups are the focus of occupational disease prevention and control in Qingdao city.
