摘　　要：目的分析太原市入境某航班新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情流行病学特点,为太原市制定新型冠状病毒肺炎防输入策略提供依据。方法收集该航班新型冠状病毒肺炎病例信息,采用描述性统计方法,分析该航班新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情的流行病学特点和病例特征。结果该航班共报告确诊病例36例,患者年龄主要集中于24~58岁;男性患者比例略高于女性(1.4∶1);确诊病例中21例为亲戚、朋友或夫妻关系,占病例数的58.33%;由于病例乘机前有用药史(P<0.01),发热并不是他们的主要特征;66.67%的病例乘机前或一段时间有症状;患者实验室检测结果和影像学改变符合新冠肺炎特点。结论人员流动是影响疫情发展的主要因素,各国应加强出入境检测和筛查力度,确需回国人员应如实进行健康申报。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of cluster outbreak caused by novel coronavirus pneumonia on an inbound flight in Taiyuan city,so as to provide the evidence for developing the prevention and control policies of novel coronavirus pneumonia of inputting.Methods The information of novel coronavirus pneumonia cases in the flight was collected,and descriptive statistical methods was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and features of cases of the outbreak.Results A total of 36confirmed cases were reported in the flight.The patient's age was mainly 24-58years old.The proportion of men with novel coronavirus pneumonia was slightly higher than that of women(1.4∶1).Among the confirmed cases,21were relatives,friends or husband-wife relation,accounting for 58.33%.Fever was not the main symptom of the novel coronavirus pneumonia because most cases had some medicine before(P<0.01).66.67%of cases had symptoms before flight.The patient's laboratory test results and imaging changes were consistent with the characteristics of the disease.Conclusion The movement of people is the main factor affecting the development of the epidemic.Countries should strengthen the inspection and screening of entry and exit,and those who really need to return to China should truthfully declare their health.
