摘 要:油管输送射孔在水平井长井段施工中存在以下技术难题:一是射孔层段跨度长、夹层多,大量使用夹层枪将导致作业可靠性降低,且施工成本较高;二是多层段同时起爆,瞬间爆轰能量较大,易损伤套管或下井管柱,施工风险大。为有效地解决以上技术难题,在江汉油田引入多级延时起爆射孔技术,通过重新设计作业管柱,并添加多个压力点火头分段延时起爆,大大降低了水平井油管输送长井段射孔的作业风险和施工成本。There are the following technical challenges for TCP in the long horizontal well section:First,the long span of perforation zones and multiple interlayers,the large number of spacer guns will lead to lower operation reliability and higher job cost;second,with multi-zone blasting at one time,instantaneous detonation energy is large,easy to damage casing or downhole string,and there is a higher operation risk.In order to solve the above technical difficulties effectively,the multi-stage delayed initiation perforating technology is introduced in Jianghan oilfield,and the operation risk and cost of TCP in the long horizontal well section are greatly reduced by redesigning the operation string and adding multiple pressure ignition heads for staged delayed detonation.
