摘  要:基于井径微电极仪器在电阻率测井中的作用及其测井原理、结构、技术指标,对SL6000井径微电极仪器挂接HH2530地面系统测井的线路改造设计方案及配接过程进行了说明介绍。试验表明,SL6000井径微电极仪器挂接HH2530地面系统所测曲线在砂岩、泥岩、灰质砂岩均能较好反映岩性特征,有效解决HH2530测井系列的微电极测井在清河工区存在的测井曲线质量差、仪器不稳定等问题。目前,中石化江汉石油工程有限公司测录井公司清河项目部使用的SL6000井径微电极仪器挂接HH2530测井系统是具可行性的现场方案。Based on the function of the caliper microelectrode tool in resistivity logging and its logging principle,configuration and specifications,this paper describes the circuit modification design scheme and the adapting process on hooking the SL6000 caliper microelectrode tool with the HH2530 surface logging system.The test results show that the logs from SL6000 caplier microelectrode tool hooked up to HH2530 surface system can better reflect the lithologic characteristics in sandstone,mudstone and gray sandstone,and effectively solve the problems such as the poor quality of logs and tool instability of the microelectrode under HH2530 logging series in Qinghe area.At present,the SL6000 caliper microelectrode tool hooked up to HH2530 logging system,which is used by Qinghe Project Department of Sinopec Oilfield Service Jianghan Corporation,is a feasible field selection.
