摘　　要：培育医学人文精神,提高医务人员的医学人文素养,实现医学人文的引领和把握,不断提高医院核心竞争力,是现代医院管理面临的重要课题。江汉油田总医院在人文建设探索中从关爱、人才、资源、理念、激励及沟通等方面入手,加潢医院人文建设,进一步促进医院整体的全面发展。It is an important task for modern hospital management to cultivate the humanistic spirit of medicine,improve the medical humanities quality of medical personnel,realize the guiding and grasping of medical humanities,and continuously step up the core competitiveness of hospital.The General Hospital of Jianghan oilfield starts from the aspects of care,talents,resources,ideas,motivation and communication in the probe of humanistic construction,strengthens the humanistic construction of the hospital and further promotes the overall development of the hospital.
