芥酸酰胺对喷蜡NR/BR弹性材料自润滑性能的影响

摘  要:研究芥酸酰胺不同用量对自润滑喷蜡天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)弹性材料的硫化特性、力学性能、Payne效应、损耗因子、动态热机械性能的影响,并与未加入润滑剂的组分进行对比。结果表明:加入芥酸酰胺后硫化胶表面会出现明显的白色润滑膜,提高了硫化胶自润滑性能,使得NR/BR硫化胶的静摩擦因数和动摩擦因数大幅下降;而润滑剂芥酸酰胺对硫化胶的力学性能和老化性能影响不大。DSC研究发现,芥酸酰胺的加入不会影响基体橡胶的玻璃化温度,在70℃左右都会出现芥酸酰胺的熔融转变峰。The effects of lubricant dosage on the vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,Payne effect,loss factor and dynamic thermomechanical properties of sprayed natural rubber(NR)/butadiene rubber(BR)composites were investi-gated.The results show that with the addition of erucamide lubricant,a white lubricating film appears on the surface of the NR/BR composites,which improves the self-lubricating properties of NR/BR composites,and greatly reduced the static and dynamic friction coefficients of NR/BR composites.The erucamide lubricant has little effect on mechanical properties and aging properties of NR/BR composites.It is found by DSC study that the addition of erucamide has no effect on the glass transition temperature of the matrix rubber,and the melting transition peak of erucamide appears at around 70℃.
