区域一体化促进了当地经济发展了吗?——基于286个地级市面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：区域一体化作为区域政策的制度创新路径,对区域经济发展产生了重要影响。本文以2008-2017年286个地级市为研究样本,运用PSM-DID研究区域一体化对于当地经济发展的净影响。结果表明:(1)区域一体化能够促进区域实际GDP的提升,并且能够持续促进经济总量的增长,这一结论在稳健性检验之后依然成立;(2)区域一体化在初期对人均实际GDP的提升效果并不明显,这一促进作用在2年后开始显现;(3)在区域一体化进程中,人均GDP的提升依然是一场攻坚战。本文的研究结果将对区域一体化进程提供决策参考,并对粤港澳大湾区建设给予路径指导——减税收,优配置,育人才,谋创新。Regional integration,as the institutional innovation path of regional policy,has an important impact on regional economic development.In this paper,286 prefecture level cities in 2008-2017 are taken as research samples,and PSM-DID is used to study the net impact of regional integration on local economic development.The results show that:(1)regional integration can promote the regional real GDP,and can continue to promote the growth of economic aggregate,this conclusion is still true after the robustness test;(2)the effect of regional integration on the per capita real GDP in the early stage is not obvious,this promotion can only be shown in 2 years;(3)In the process of regional integration,the improvement of per capita GDP is still a crucial battle.The results of this study will provide decision-making reference for the process of regional integration,and give path reference for the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area--Reducing taxes,optimizing allocation,cultivating talents and seeking innovation.
