摘 要:以1 126份水稻材料为试验材料,采用5 cm静止水层对其幼苗耐低氧能力进行鉴定,测定耐低氧材料的相关生化指标。结果表明:低氧环境中绝大部分材料胚芽鞘能伸长,但仅约2.8%材料的幼苗顶端能超过5 cm水层表面并正常生长;淹水幼芽在第4天出现生长缓慢,不耐低氧材料此后一直生长缓慢或停止,而耐低氧材料在第6天能恢复生长直至顶端突破水表面层;在低氧和正常条件下,耐低氧材料的可溶性糖含量、淀粉酶活性和叶绿素含量均明显高于同期不耐低氧材料,而丙二醛含量明显较低。耐低氧材料表现出幼苗和胚根伸长快、淀粉酶活性高、可溶性糖含量多、丙二醛含量少的特征。It carried out researches to identify the hypoxia tolerance for 1 126 of seedling growth of rice materials and check the response of biochemical indicators of tolerant genotypes under flooded water about the 5.0 cm. The results indicated that most of the rice materials could elongated coleoptiles under hypoxic condition, but only about 2.8% of the seedlings growth above the water surface of 5 cm, absorbing enough oxygen to restore normal growth;During hypoxic condition the seedlings began to grow slowly on the 4th day, since then intolerant genotypes still grown slowly or stopped, while tolerant genotypes could rapid growth again on the 6th day until its top extend above the water surface for gas exchange. In hypoxic and normal oxygen conditions, soluble sugar content, amylase activity and chlorophyll content of tolerant genotypes were significantly higher than those of intolerant genotypes in the same period, but malondialdehyde content was significantly lower. The adaptive features for tolerant genotypes were rapid elongation of seedlings and radicles, high amylase activity, high soluble sugar content, and low malondiadehyde content.
