江苏省粳稻生产成本收益时序变化与省际比较

摘　　要：基于全国农产品成本收益资料汇编数据,分析2004—2018年江苏省粳稻生产成本收益的时序变化及其与辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、浙江和安徽等5省的比较。结果表明:①江苏省粳稻生产总成本总体呈持续上升趋势,产值表现为波动上升趋势,利润则呈倒"V"型先升后降;物质与服务费用增加是导致总成本提高的主要原因,受成本上升和价格下降的共同作用,近年来江苏粳稻生产的利润呈下降态势;②在6个粳稻主产省中,按照由高到低的顺序,江苏省粳稻单产、收购价、总成本、产值和利润总体上分别排名第1、第5,第4、第2和第1;土地成本和人工成本均较低是江苏省粳稻生产成本较低的主要原因;降低化肥、农药投入和提高粳稻的销售价格是江苏省粳稻生产进一步节本增收的主要路径。Based on the compilation of national agricultural product cost-benefit data, the time-series changes of cost-benefit of japonica rice production in Jiangsu province from 2004 to 2018 were analyzed and compared with five provinces including Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, and Anhui. The results showed that: ① The total cost of japonica rice production in Jiangsu province tend to increase in general, the output value showed an upward trend with some fluctuations, and the profit showed an inverted "V" shape first rising and then falling;Increasing material and service cost led to the increased total cost of japonica rice production. Due to the combined effects of cost rising and price falling, the profit of japonica rice production in Jiangsu province declined in recent years;② Among the six major provinces, according to the order from high to low, Jiangsu province’s japonica rice yield, purchase price, total cost, output value and profit were ranked first, fifth, fourth, second and first respectively;Lower land cost and labor cost were the main reasons for the lower cost of japonica rice production in Jiangsu province;Efforts to reduce the input cost of fertilizers and pesticides and increase the selling price of japonica rice were the main paths for further cost-saving and income growth of japonica rice productionin Jiangsu province.
