摘　　要：非农就业如何影响土地流转?异质型非农就业对土地流转的作用如何?理论上,非农就业通过非农就业时间和非农就业收入影响土地流转,非农就业也为农户带来更先进的理念,对土地流转有正向影响。在实证分析中,通过构建非农就业指标,运用内生Probit模型分析非农就业对土地流转的影响,结果表明非农就业促进了农地转出概率的提高。外出非农就业为主的家庭土地转出概率更高,本地非农就业对土地转出的作用弱于外出非农就业,这可能是因为本地非农就业的时间和收入低于外出非农就业。进一步运用中介效应模型分析非农收入是否在非农就业影响土地流转的过程中起到中介作用,结果显示非农就业时间遮掩了非农收入的作用从而直接影响了土地流转。因此,提高回流劳动力的本地非农就业时间才能促进土地流转。How does off-farm employment affect land transfer?What is the effect of heterogeneous off-farm employment on land transfer?In theory,off-farm employment affects land transfer through off-farm employment time and off-farm employment income.Off-farm employment also brings more advanced ideas to farmers and has a positive impact on land transfer.In the empirical analysis,through the construction of off-farm employment indicators,taking use of endogenous Probit model to analyze the impact of off-farm employment on land transfer,the results show that off-farm employment promotes the probability of farmland transfer.Families who go out for offfarm employment have a higher probability of land transfer,and the effect of local off-farm employment on land transfer is weaker than that of migrant off-farm employment,which may be that the time and income of local offfarm employment is lower than that of migrant off-farm employment.Furthermore,the mediating effect model is used to analyze whether off-farm income plays an mediating role in the process of off-farm employment affecting land transfer.The results show that off-farm employment time covers the role of off-farm income and directly affects land transfer.Therefore,only by increasing the local off-farm employment time of the returned labor force can we promote the land transfer.
