摘　　要：创新溢出与技术交流对缩小地区间创新水平差距具有重要作用。研究通过我国25个省(自治区、直辖市)2007-2018年的面板数据,运用经济距离矩阵和空间杜宾模型,分析了不同地区间经济差距对创新溢出和技术交流的影响。结果表明:不同地区间的经济差距阻碍了创新溢出,经济差距较小的地区间技术交流才会对创新水平产生正向影响,而经济差距较大的地区间技术交流对创新水平无显著影响。为了缩小地区间创新水平差距,应通过"一带一路"建设发展对外贸易,提高地区经济水平,并利用优势产业构建具有地区特色的创新格局,依托区域创新整体提高地区创新水平。Innovation spillover and technology communication has positive effect on convergence of innovation gap.Based on panel data of 25 provinces from 2007 to 2018,using economic distance weight matrix and spatial Durbin model,this research analyses how economic gap of different districts affect innovation spillover and technology communication.The result shows that:Economic gap between different districts hampers innovation spillover.Technology communication has positive effect on innovation level of districts with smaller economic gap,but doesn’t have remarkable effect on innovation level of districts with greater economic gap.To narrow innovation gap between districts,a district with lower economic level should develop foreign trade through the construction of the Belt and Road,use advantage industry to build unique innovation patent and improve innovation level with the help of regional innovation union.
