摘　　要：整理及分析宽叶缬草的研究文献,概述其生物药研究、栽培与繁育、化学成分、药理作用,为宽叶缬草的后续临床应用和开发利用提供参考依据。目前宽叶缬草以挥发油类化合物为主,另含有木脂素类、黄酮类、萜类等化学成分。宽叶缬草镇静催眠、抗惊厥、对循环系统的作用以及对肾脏保护作用显著,极具市场利用价值。The research literature of Valeriana officinalis was sorted out and analyzed,and the biological drug research,cultivation and breeding,chemical components and pharmacological effects of Valeriana officinalis were summarized,so as to provide reference basis for the follow-up clinical application and development and utilization of Valeriana officinalis.Currently Valeriana officinalis is mainly composed of volatile oil compounds,and contains lignans,flavonoids,terpenoids and other chemical components.Valerian leaves sedative hypnosis,anticonvulsant,circulatory system and renal protection of significant,very valuable market use.
