锦灯笼中总酸浆苦素的含量测定及其质量评价

摘　　要：目的:建立锦灯笼中总酸浆苦素的含量测定方法,测定与分析不同产地锦灯笼中总酸浆苦素的含量,为锦灯笼的质量控制提供科学依据。方法:以β-谷甾醇为对照品,采用硫酸-甲醇法测定锦灯笼中总酸浆苦素的含量。结果:锦灯笼中总酸浆苦素含量低微,仅占生药量的3.31‰~6.81‰;其中四川地区含量最低,为3.31~4.37 mg/g,东北地区含量较高,分布于4.46~6.81mg/g之间;不同来源的锦灯笼饮片中总酸浆苦素的含量差异显著。结论:建立的方法操作简便,结果可靠,可用于锦灯笼中总酸浆苦素的含量测定,本研究为锦灯笼药材的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。Objective:To study the determination of the total physalins and quality evaluation of Physalis Alkekengi.Methods:The sulfuric acid-methanol method was used to determine the total physalins content in Physalis Alkekengi withβ-sitosterol as the reference substance.Results:The content of total physalis in Physalis Alkekengi was 3.31‰~6.81‰;The content in Sichuan was the lowest,ranging from 3.31 to 4.37 mg/g,and the content in Northeast is higher,ranging from 4.46~6.81 mg/g.The content of total physalis in different source was significantly different.Conclusion:The obtained method are practical and easy to operate that could be used to determine the total physalins in Physalis Alkekengi.This study provides basis for quality control of further research and development.
