摘  要:土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸地质条件异常复杂,上部地层存在浅层的"次生高压气藏",中部巨厚盐膏层夹含"透镜状"超饱和高压盐水体,下部为灰岩裂缝-孔洞发育高压气层,在以往的钻井实践中经常出现井壁失稳和喷漏同层的事故。为解决上述问题,本文优选钙盐预处理饱和盐水钻井液体系配方,解决了巨厚盐膏层夹含高压盐水层钻井的技术难题。在现场实践了高密度钻井液处理"喷漏同存"复杂气层的完井方式,形成了阿姆河右岸巨厚盐膏层及高压破碎性产层大斜度井钻完井技术。通过综合采用控制压力钻井技术与复合堵漏技术相结合,利用循环降温盐结晶措施,解决了高压矿化度盐水层窄压力窗口的钻井难题。The formation geological conditions on the right bank of the Amu Darya River in Turkmenistan are extremely complex.There is a shallow"secondary high-pressure gas reservoir"in the upper layer,a huge thick salt-gypsum layer in the middle contains a"lens-shaped"supersaturated high-pressure salt mound body,and a limestone crack-hole High-pressure gas layers are developed,and in the past drilling practice,accidents such as wellbore instability and blowout in the same layer often occur.In order to solve the above problems,the formula of calcium salt pretreatment saturated brine drilling fluid system are optimized in this paper,which solves the technical problem of drilling through a huge thick salt-gypsum layer with high-pressure brine.The completion method of high-density drilling fluid to deal with the complex co-existence of"blowout and leakage"was practiced on the site,and the drilling and completion technology of the huge thick salt-gypsum layer on the right bank of the Amu Darya River and the high-angle well with high-pressure fractured production zone was formed.Through the combination of Managed Pressure Drilling technology and compound Circulation Loss Materials,and the technology of cyclic cooling salt crystallization,the problem of narrow pressure window drilling in high-pressure salinity brine layers is solved.
