摘  要:为了研究非标准型SMV静态混合器在管道内部的流动规律和流场参数,建立了管道内SMV静态混合单元的三维模型。基于Fluent软件,对管道内部SMV静态混合单元的特性进行数值模拟研究。确立了单元长度L、折弯角度φ等几何参数对管道进出口压降ΔP,管道平均湍动能TKE,湍动能压力比B的关系。通过分析结果表明,SMV静态混合器的几何参数对其流场湍动效果具有重要影响,单元长度L、交错角θ与湍动能呈现正相关。In order to study the flow pattern and flow field parameters of the non-standard SMV static mixer in the pipeline,a three-dimensional model of the SMV static mixing element in the pipeline was established.Based on FLUENT software,the characteristics of SMV static hybrid unit in the pipeline are studied.The relationship between the geometric parameters such as unit length L,bending angle and the pressure dropΔP at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline,the average turbulent kinetic energy TKE of the pipeline and the pressure ratio B of the turbulent kinetic energy is established.The analysis results show that the geometric parameters of SMV static mixer have an important influence on the turbulent effect of its flow field,and the unit length L,interleaving angle are positively related to the turbulent kinetic energy.
