摘　　要：增强"双能力"是提升高职院校教学团队"双师"素质的关键手段。"双能力"是指教师的教育教学能力和实践应用能力。本文分析了"双高/职教高地"建设背景下双能型教学创新团队的建设意义和价值,以应用化工技术专业为例,针对教学创新团队建设中存在的问题,提出了双能型教学创新团队的培育路径。The key of strengthening the"Double-Qualified"is to improve the"Double-Ability"of the teaching team in higher vocational colleges."Double-ability"refers to the teacher’s ability of education and teaching and practical application.The article analyzes the significance and value of the construction of the double-ability teaching innovation team,taking the specialty of applied chemical technology as an example,put forwardthe cultivation approach of dual-ability teaching innovation teamaiming at the problems existing in the construction.
