摘  要:以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为夹芯注射成型工艺的壳层物料、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为芯层物料,在工艺参数固定的前提下,基于CAE研究了不同物料配比时最终塑件的芯、壳层树脂界面分布情况。研究表明,壳层物料增多,越不易发生芯层物料裸露现象,且层间界面越向中心位置靠拢;对于本实验,在工艺参数固定的情况下,壳层、芯层物料配比为66∶34时,层间界面分布情况较为合理;基于CAE,可以快速且直观的分析夹芯注射成型工艺的层间界面分布情况,从而恰当的调整原材料配比。Based on the fixed process parameters,the interface distribution of the core and shell resin of the final plastic parts with different material ratio was studied by using HDPE as the shell material and LDPE as the core material.The results show that,with the increase of shell materials,the core materials are less exposed,and the layer interface is closer to the center.For this experiment,when the ratio of shell and core materials is 66∶34,the distribution of interface is more reasonable.Based on CAE,the interface distribution of sandwich injection molding process can be analyzed quickly and intuitively,and the raw material ratio can be adjusted properly.
