白及提取物乳膏剂的处方筛选研究

摘　　要：考察白及提取物白及胶最佳提取工艺,制备白及胶乳膏剂。采用水提醇沉法提取白及胶,结合正交设计法优选最佳的提取方案;采用单因素考察的基础上,以外观性状及稳定性为指标,采用多因素优化基质处方,在离心、高温、冷藏条件下考察基质处方中各组分对乳膏剂成型的影响,确定乳膏剂的基质处方组成;并对优选的最佳含药乳膏进行质量检查。白及胶的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10、水提取3次,3倍量95%乙醇醇沉;白及胶乳膏剂的最佳制备工艺为每100 g白及乳膏剂中含白及胶5 g、硬脂酸5 g、高级脂肪醇1 g、卡波姆0.2 g、三乙醇胺1 g、司盘-601 g、蜂蜡4 g、二甲基硅油1 g、棕榈酸异丙酯1 g、尼泊金乙酯0.2 g加水适量于80℃下乳化15 min。制备的白及胶乳膏剂,稳定性良好,外观性状合格,为乳膏剂的开发提供了参考。To investigate the best extraction technology of Bletilla Striata(Thunb.)Reichb.f extracts and gum,and prepare Bletilla Striata gum cream.Water extraction and alcohol precipitation method was used to extract Bletilla Striata gum,orthogonal design method was used to optimize the best extraction scheme;On the basis of single factor investigation,taking the appearance and stability as the index,the matrix prescription was optimized by multi factors.Under the conditions of centrifugation,high temperature and cold storage,the influence of each component in the matrix prescription on the formation of the cream was investigated,the matrix prescription composition of the cream was determined,and the quality of the best medicated cream was checked.The best extraction technology of Bletilla Striata gum is 1∶10 ratio of material to liquid,3 times of water extraction,3 times of 95%alcohol precipitation.The best preparation technology of Bletilla Striata gum cream is 5 g of Bletilla Striata gum,5 g of stearic acid,1 g of higher fatty alcohol,0.2 g of carbomer,2 g of triethanolamine,1 g of sipan-60,4 g of beeswax,1 g of dimethylsilicone oil,1 g of isopropyl palmitate,0.2 g of nipagin ethyl ester and proper amount of water and emulsified at 80℃for 15 min.The prepared Bletilla Striata gum cream has good stability and qualified appearance,which provides a reference for the development of cream.
