摘  要:针对大段盐膏层存在的井壁失稳、溶盐、钻井液污染等难题,常规高密度盐水钻井液往往出现固相含量高、固相容量限低、塑性黏度偏高等。为解决该难题,笔者在分析高密度盐水钻井液流变性影响要素的基础上,形成了一套盐膏层强抑制高密度钻井液体系,该体系流动性能良好,性能稳定,长时间高温不增稠。现场通过保持合理的膨润土含量、减少低密度固相含量、盐浓度控制、pH值控制和抑制降粘切等钻井液维护技术措施,将盐膏层钻井成功率提高至95%以上。In view of the problems of wellbore instability,salt dissolution,and drilling fluid pollution in large sections of salt-gypsum layers during the drilling,conventional high-density brine drilling fluids often have some drawbacks,including high solid phase content,low solid phase capacity limit,and high plastic viscosity.In order to solve this problem,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the rheology of high-density brine drilling fluid,the author forwarded a set of drilling fluid system with high-density and strong salt-gypsum layer suppression,which has good flow performance,stable performance,and no thickening.in high temperature for a long time.By adopting a set of drilling fluid maintenance technology for salt-gypsum formationwith proper MBT,colloid protection,control of inferior solid phase,equal concentration maintenance and suppression of viscosity/shear strength reduction by strong inhibition,the drilling success rate in salt gypsum layer is increased to more than 95%.
