摘　　要：分析了深冷空分装置制氩的工艺原理及适用场合,从对氧提取的影响、装置能耗、工业应用可行性角度分析了深冷空分装置对氩组分的处理原则。The principle of argon system in cryogenic air separation plant and its application were analyzed.The selection principle of argon system treatment were discussed,basing on the influence on oxygen extraction rate,energy consumption and industrial application feasibility.
