摘  要:在某印染产业集聚区将企业分散建设的预处理设施集中建设,预处理设施的出水达到后续污水厂进厂要求后进一步处理。针对印染废水有机污染物含量高、可生化性差、水质变化大等特点,采用混凝-A2O生化组合工艺对其进行集中预处理,处理规模为2×10^5 m^3/d。运行表明该工艺处理效率高,运行稳定,出水指标可以达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)及其修改单中规定的间接排放标准。其中SS、NH3-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为88.5%、95.9%、76.9%、90.7%,出水浓度分别为42、1.44、11.1、0.337 mg/L,可以达到其规定的直接排放标准。出水可直接进入深度处理,有效减少后续压力。该工程直接运行成本为0.868元/m 3。In a printing and dyeing industry agglomeration area,the pre-processing facilities dispersedly constructed by enterprises is concentrated built and the effluent from the pre-treatment facilities are further processed in the subsequent sewage treatment plant when meet the requirements.According to the characteristics of high organic pollutants,poor biodegradability and great changes of water quality in printing and dyeing wastewater,the combined coagulation and A2O process is used for centralized pretreatment and the treatment capacity is 2×10^5m^3/d.It is showed that the combined process operates stably and has high treatment efficiency.The effluent index can meet the indirect Discharge Standards Of Water Pollutants For Dyeing And Finishing Of Textile Industry(GB4287-2012)and its amendments.Among them the effluent concentrations of SS,NH3-N,TN and TP are 42 mg/L,1.44 mg/L,11.1 mg/L,0.337 mg/L with the removal rate of 88.5%,95.9%,76.9%,90.7%respectively,which meet the direct limits.The effluent can directly enter the deep treatment,effectively reducing the subsequent pressure.The direct running cost of the project is 0.868 yuan/m 3.
