摘 要:目的:通过实地调查深圳市医务人员的职业倦怠情况,并对职业倦怠的影响因素进行分析,为相关部门更好的解决深圳市医务人员的职业倦怠问题提供参考。方法:运用自编的调查表和修订后的CMBI量表对938医务人员进行调查,采用描述性统计分析和协方差分析等方法对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:职业倦怠的总体得分情况为2.53±0.443,其中,情感衰竭维度3.05±0.753,人格解体维度1.63±0.429和成就感降低维度2.49±0.571,医务人员的职业倦怠受医务人员的幸福度、健康状况、对本专业的兴趣、对科研的兴趣、能否赶上医学知识发展的速度、自愿去学习(或工作)和是否有行政管理职务的影响显著,三类医务人员职业倦怠的差异没有统计学意义。结论:医院要调整激励策略、培养医务人员的专业兴趣、改善医务人员的“保健”因素、注重医务人员的健康水平,提升医务人员科研水平和幸福度,从不同角度出发,来缓解医务人员的职业倦怠现状。Objective To explore the occupational burnout of medical staffs in Shenzhen by field investigation,analyze its influencing factors,and provide references for relevant departments to solve the problem.Methods 938 medical staffs were surveyed with self-made questionnaires and revised CMBI scales.Data was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and covariance analysis.Results The total score of job burnout was 2.53±0.443,of which the score of emotional exhaustion dimension was 3.05±0.753,score of personality disintegration dimension was 1.63±0.429,and score of sense of achievement reduction was 2.49±0.571.The medical staffs' occupational burnout was significantly influenced by the medical staffs*happiness and health status,interest in profession,interest in research,speed at which medical knowledge can be developed,willingness to study(or work),and administrative duties.There had no significant difference in job burnout among the three types of medical staffs.Conclusion It is suggested for the hospitals to adjust the incentive strategy,cultivate the medical staffs' professional interest,improve the health care factors of medical staffs,pay attention to their health,promote the scientific research and happiness of medical staffs,which can relieve the occupation burnout of medical staffs.
