摘　　要：开展医联体建设是深化医疗改革的重要步骤,是满足群众健康需求的必要形式。基于文献分析,结合各地实地调研材料,阐述健康社会工作的概念及特点,总结国外医联体健康社会工作服务模式的状态,剖析了医联体健康社会工作服务的发展困境,归纳提出优质医联体健康社会工作服务模式需要开展的各方面的工作,构建适合中国特色的医联体健康社会工作服务模型,进一步推进医联体建设的优质高效发展。The construction of medical alliance is an important step to deepen medical reform and a necessary form to meet the people’s health needs. Based on literature analysis, and combined with field investigation, the concept and characteristics of health social work were expounded, the status of foreign health social service model of medical alliance was summarized, the development dilemma of health social service in medical alliance was analyzed, and a health social service model of medical alliance with Chinese characteristics was constructed to further promote the high-quality and high-efficiency development of medical alliance construction.
