摘　　要：电机座槽口精整是轨道交通电机生产中的一项关键制造工艺。对电机座槽口精整工艺进行了研究,设计了工艺流程,构建了精整系统整体布局。在这一电机座槽口精整工艺中,实现了多关节机器人悬挂与混流生产工件自动识别功能,并建立了双目视觉系统。The finishing of the notch of motor base is a key manufacturing process in the production of rail transit motor.The finishing technology of the notch of motor base was studied,the technical process was designed,and the overall layout of the finishing system was constructed.In this finishing process of the notch of motor base,the multi-joint robot hanging and the automatic recognition of mixed flow production work-piece are realized while the binocular vision system is established.
