摘 要:SARS-CoV-2所引发的新型冠状病毒肺炎自2019年12月被发现以来迅速扩散至全球多国,被多个国际组织及传媒形容为自第二次世界大战以来全球面临的最严峻危机。当前科学家们已经证明,新冠病毒与云南的一种蝙蝠冠状病毒全基因组序列相似度达到96.2%,推测蝙蝠是新冠肺炎最可能的传染源。蝙蝠是许多重要人兽共患病病毒的自然宿主,目前从蝙蝠体内分离鉴定的病毒达60多种,其中大多数是高致病性的人兽共患病病毒。本研究以SARS-CoV-2基因结构、SARS-CoV-2可能的宿主研究进展及蝙蝠的生物学特性进行介绍,为进一步研究相关工作提供参考。The novel coronavirus pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2 has been rapidly spread to many countries since its discovery in December 2019.It was described by many international organizations and media as the most serious crisis facing the world since the Second World War.Scientists have demonstrated that novel coronavirus pneumonia has a similarity of 96.2%with the whole genome sequence of bat coronavirus in Yunnan,and it is speculated that bat is the most likely source of infection.Bats were the natural hosts of many important zoonoses.At present,there were more than 60 kinds of viruses isolated and identified from bats,most of which are highly pathogenic zoonoses.In this review,the gene structure of SARS-CoV-2,the possible host of SARS-CoV-2 and the biological characteristics of bats were introduced,which provided reference for further research.
