摘  要:目前运行的高压带电显示装置在无工作电源时,装置闭锁接点处于解锁状态,易发生操作事故。针对这一缺陷,提出利用电容传感器与高压交变电场之间的电场耦合原理,进行感应式测量,得到高压电路的带电信号,设计了信号处理电路。该电路实现了传感器信号的放大、滤波、检波等处理,信号处理后可输出带电显示及闭锁动作。设计的新型高压带电显示装置,具有自检和灵敏度在线调整功能等特点。试验结果表明,该高压带电显示装置能实现三相高压线路带电状态的准确判别及显示,在无操作电源时,能有效实现闭锁,防止误操作,能保证电力系统设备的安全可靠运行。该装置已在国家电网工程的多个项目中使用,应用前景广阔。In view of the defect of the current high-voltage presence indicating device that the latch-up contact always in the unlocked state,in the case of no working power supply,was prone to operational accidents,the inductive measurement based on electric field coupling principle between capacitive sensor and high voltage alternating electric field was proposed to obtain the live signal of the high-voltage circuit.The signal processing circuit was designed to realize amplification,filtering,detection,etc.of the sensor signal,and provide live display and locking action after signal processing.The newly designed high-voltage presence indicating device was characterized by the functions of self-checking and on-line sensitivity adjustment.Test results showed that the device could accurately identify and display the live state of three-phase high-voltage line,effectively realize locking in the case of no operating power supply to prevent misoperation,and ensure the safe and reliable operation of power system equipment.The device had been used in several projects of the State Grid.It has a wide application prospect.
