摘 要:为了探究基于移动位置信息的适应聚类方法在公共安全事件应急管理中的应用,从基于非均匀稀布阵列的手机定位方法眼入手,对移动位置信息的自适应聚类方法及其改进方法进行了研究,并对其应用流程进行了简要分析。研究成果表明,信息化的快速发展为应急救援和应急管理带来了新机遇。借助于大数据分析等,不仅有助于事前公共安全事件的预防和控制,而且有助于安全事件发生后尽可能减少人员和财产损失。当前云大物移智已经走进我们的生活,应用新技术建立更加智能的应急管理系统,更有助于提升职能部门的应急管理能力。In order to explore adaptive clustering method based on mobile location information in the public security incidents emergency management,the mobile phone positioning method is used based on uneven sparse array.The adaptive clustering method improved of mobile location information is studied.The application process is briefly analyzed.The research results show that the informatization with rapid development has brought new opportunities for emergency rescue and emergency management.With the help of big data analysis,it is not only conducive to the prevention and control of public security events in advance,but also helpful to reduce the loss of personnel and property as much as possible after the occurrence of security events.At present,the cloud has come into our life.The application of new technology to establish a more intelligent emergency management system is more conducive to improving the emergency management capability of functional departments.
