摘  要:以某垃圾焚烧发电厂为研究对象,分析垃圾处理的工艺流程,构建垃圾焚烧发电厂自动控制系统,从系统设计、硬件配置、软件组态和现场总线通信等方面,探讨了NuCON-P系统在垃圾焚烧发电厂中的应用。垃圾焚烧发电厂自动控制系统以NuCON-P分散控制系统(DCS)作为控制平台,采用CANBUS与Ethernet结合的两层网络架构,并集成有一定数量的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和现场总线仪表。在分析用户需求的基础上,编制了有效、实用的控制程序,开发了图形化的人机界面,并实现了与PLC和现场总线仪表的通信,从而构成了一套控制功能强、可靠性高、开放性好的自动控制系统。该研究对垃圾焚烧发电厂自动控制系统的设计与实施有一定参考意义。Taking a waste incineration power plant as the research object,the process flow of waste disposal was analyzed,and the automatic control system of waste incineration power plant was constructed.The application of NuCON-P system in waste incineration power plant was discussed from the aspects of system design,hardware configuration,software configuration and fieldbus communication.NuCON-P distributed control system(DCS)was selected as the control platform of the automatic control system of waste incineration power plant,for which a two-layer network architecture combining CANBUS and Ethernet was adopted,and a certain number of programmer logic controller(PLC)and fieldbus instruments were integrated.On the basis of analyzing the user's needs,an effective and practical control program and a graphical human-machine interface were developed,and communication with PLC and fieldbus instruments was realized,thus constituted a set of automatic control system with strong control function,high reliability and good openness was constituted.Thediscussion in this paper has certain reference significance for the design and implementation of automatic control system of waste incineration power plants.
