摘　　要：针对瓦斯抽采管路在抽采过程中存在瓦斯爆炸、发火及回送的问题,从理论和实践上分析了平衡式防爆防回火装置的原理及结构,指出了防爆防回火装置在现场使用过程中存在的问题、薄弱环节及安全隐患,对防爆防回火装置动作的危害进行了阐述,并给出了预防及处置措施,从而解决了在瓦斯抽采系统管路上安装三防装置(防回火、防回气、防爆炸装置)的安全使用问题,确保煤矿瓦斯抽放系统安全运行。Aiming at the problems of gas explosion,ignition and return in the gas drainage pipeline,the principle and structure of the balanced explosion-proof and anti-tempering device were analyzed theoretically and practically,and the use of the explosion-proof and anti-tempering device in the field was pointed out.Existing problems,weaknesses and safety hazards in the process,the hazards of the explosion-proof and anti-tempering device action were explained,and preventive and disposal measures were given,This solved the problem of the safe use of the installation of three prevention devices(anti-backfire,anti-gas return,and anti-explosion devices)on the pipeline of the gas drainage system,and ensured the safe operation of the coal mine gas drainage system.
