摘 要:为了提高巷道掘进技术水平,提高巷道掘进量,实现安全高效掘进,采用QCZ-56型围岩强度测试装置,对巷道实体煤进行了原位强度测试,得到了实体煤顶板、帮部原位强度;采用数值模拟分析了不同支护密度条件下巷道变形破坏特征,确定了巷道最优支护密度,并设计了煤矿巷道顶板和帮部支护技术参数。研究为确保巷道高强度快速掘进支护提供了技术支持。In order to improve the technical level of roadway excavation,to increase the amount of roadway excavation and realize safe and efficient excavation,QCZ-56 surrounding rock strength testing device was used to conduct in-situ strength test on roadway solid coal,and the in-situ strength of roof and side of solid coal was obtained.Numerical simulation was used to analyze the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway under different support density conditions,and the optimal support density was determined,and the technical parameters of roof and side support were designed.The research provided technical support for ensuring high strength and rapid excavation support of roadway.
