摘  要:通过数值研究的方法,在扁管蛇形平直翅片换热器基础上提出一种带错排凹坑的蛇形翅片,重点研究了错排凹坑对换热器性能的影响。结果表明:雷诺数在400~1 400范围内时,错排凹坑蛇形翅片的换热性能较平直翅片的换热性能可提升25%~39%,同时阻力系数增加30%~40%,错排凹坑翅片换热性能优于顺排凹坑翅片。该研究结果可为今后扁管带错排凹坑的蛇形翅片换热器的工程应用和理论研究提供一定的依据。Based on the method of numerical research,a serpentine fin with staggered pits is proposed on the basis of a flat-tube serpentine flat fin heat exchanger,and the effect of staggered pits on the performance of the heat exchanger is focused on.The results show that when the Reynolds number is in the range of 400 to 1400,the heat transfer performance of the serpentine fins with staggered pits can be increased by 25%to 39%than that of the straight fins,and the drag coefficient is increased by 30%to 40%.The heat transfer performance of staggered pit fins is better than that of in-line pit fins,which provides a certain basis for the engineering application and theoretical research of flat tube serpentine fin heat exchangers with staggered pits in the future.
