摘 要:针对游乐设施结构应力计算,利用最大载荷进行静力学分析时,其结果与实际工况存在较大偏差。基于ANSYS Workbench软件平台,以海盗船立柱部件为研究对象进行刚柔耦合瞬态动力学仿真分析,得到立柱的最大应力-时间历程曲线,提取整个摆动周期内的应力最大值对立柱进行评价分析。相比静力学分析结果,刚柔耦合仿真分析能够捕捉到海盗船摆动周期内的最大应力。其计算方法和结果可为游乐设施结构应力计算提供参考,对于提高设计能力具有现实意义。For the structural stress calculation of amusement facilities,when the maximum load is used for static analysis,the results have a large deviation from the actual working conditions.Based on the ANSYS Workbench software platform,taking the corsair column component as the research object,the rigid-flexible coupling transient dynamics simulation analysis is performed,the maximum stress-time history curve of the column is obtained,the maximum stress during the entire swing cycle is extracted,and the column is evaluated and analyzed.Compared with the static analysis results,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation analysis can capture the maximum stress during the swing cycle of the pirate ship.The calculation method and results can provide a reference for the stress calculation of amusement structures,and have practical significance for improving the design ability.
